Our goal is to work toward saving equines from inhumane treatment.
The mission of Second Chance Farm Horse Rescue, is to provide humane
treatment and shelter for Horses & Ponies and to seek adoptive homes for
all unwanted equines, regardless of breed.
The farm is also committed to educate the public and raise awareness for responsible equine ownership so that fewer horses end up in crisis.

Second Chance Farm offers many programs, we are sure that we have a program that fits your budget and lifestyle.
Adoption/Sponsorship
We
have a variety of horses, ponies and mini's available for adoption to a
loving home. Some of these animals have come from very poor conditions
and to be adopted by caring individuals would mean all the difference in
their lives.
If you don't have space for an equine and would like to help out then consider our sponsorship program or part board. Call Elsa 519-497-6195 to make an appointment and come out and see the equines we have available.

Second Chance Farm Horse Rescue move to their new location is finally over. What a wonderful new farm. Please read our newsletter to find out more information and photos for everyone to see what a wonderful new place the horses have. Coming Soon!! At this time we are still not taking in any horses. Unless there are very extenuating reasons why. We are working to make this a great place for horses that need help to come and have a safe haven. If you are in need of help with a horse/pony we are still actively helping finding homes. Or you need help finding a horse for your family. We are more then willing to help. We were hoping for a June 1st re-opening of the rescue farm but we are making sure that everything is done so we are striving for August 1 / 2009. It has been and always will be our mission to: HELPING HORSES TO FIND NEW WONDERFUL HOMES
